CEO / Executive Chef
Viet immigrated from Vietnam at sixteen and spent years working every level of the restaurant industry before opening his first concept in 2014. Today he leads Kei Concepts as CEO and Executive Chef, setting the culinary vision and standards across every brand.

Co-CEO
Ivy has been a driving force behind Kei Concepts' growth from the beginning — building the operational and organizational foundation that allows each concept to thrive independently while moving forward as one unified group.

SUP Noodle Bar
It started here. SUP Noodle Bar opened in Buena Park with a simple premise: pho, done at a higher standard. It was our first restaurant and the foundation everything else was built on.

NEP Cafe
Opening a restaurant during a pandemic wasn't the plan. We did it anyway. NEP Cafe brought Vietnamese-French coffee and brunch to Fountain Valley at a time when the community needed a place to feel at home.
